My consultations are either in person or online. I help you best by offering regular sessions as part of a programme, usually at least four. My programme helps you make lasting lifestyle changes with support, guidance and motivation throughout the weeks that we work together.
Online Group Sessions
Every season, I run a 30 day online nutrition programme that is full of delicious recipes and posts to inspire you to make health changes in your life in order to energise you and bring vitality. You will join a group of equally motivated people who will encourage and support each other.
